This Batch 03 bottling was matured in ex rum and ex sherry casks before bottling in 2025 at 48% abv. Released in 2025 after maturing in a combination of 60% bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks for 16 years
Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask has been aged in a combination of American oak and ex-sherry casks
Alongside these fruity notes
A collectable Valinch AMC:01 whisky
it was transferred into a heavily charred Amoroso-seasoned American oak hogshead for its final eight years of maturation
The components are a closely guarded secret however it is said to be a blend of three well know single malts and one grain malt
The spirit was distilled in June 2011 then matured in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon
A great 2007 Craigellachie matured and bottled Gordon & MacPhail for their Cask Strength
vanilla and desiccated coconut
Drawn from a single Oloroso sherry cask laid down in 2011 and bottled on 1st December 2024
Hazelburn takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries and is produced at the famous Springbank distillery
