Worthy Park 109 Proof 1LWorthy Park 109 is a bold, dark Jamaican rum bottled at 54. 5% ABV (109 proof). Produced at the historic single estate Worthy Park Estate in St. Catherine, Jamaica, it is a blend of 3 year old ex bourbon barrel aged light rum and a splash of unaged, high ester rum. Aroma: Heady and tropical. Features notes of dried banana, raisin, cocoa, and green plantain, balanced with subtle toasted wood and classic Jamaican "funk". Palate: Full bodied and intense.

AIX rose has been awarded many times with a gold medal at the Concours Agricole in Paris and was elected best rose by the Club of Oenologues of the French senate

The whiskey is aged 12 years and made with a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% barley

and subtle hints of oak toast

The refinement and elegance of this vintage has us calling it the Four-day cold maceration followed by 18 days of fermentation

This is made from very old vineyards planted in 1950
